Is the care plan required?
Every Bullish site launches on one, because it's how we can promise the site keeps working. After launch it's month to month. If you cancel, we hand you the code and help you move it wherever you like.
Why does the price change with the size of the site?
Because there's more to look after. A thirty-page site with booking and a CRM connection has more pages to keep current and more moving parts to monitor than a five-page site. The coverage is the same; the work isn't.
When does billing start?
The month after launch. Nothing is billed while we're building.
What happens when my site grows?
Your plan moves with it. Add pages past your tier and the plan steps up to match; we tell you before it changes.
Is this the same as Found Pro?
No. The care plan keeps your site running. Found Pro is the monthly growth work: new answer pages, AI-answer monitoring and a monthly report. You can add Found Pro to any plan.
